  • 3 matzos
  • 3 tbsp matzo flour (fine)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp fat/oil
  • 5 gr salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of ginger powder (optional, Dutch Jewish tradition)
  • a colander
  • a mixing bowl
  • a frying pan
  • a spatula
